SuperConnect

Reconnecting you with your lost super.

If you’ve worked in Australia under the PALM scheme or as a New Zealander, there’s a good chance you’ve superannuation waiting for you. We help you find it—and access what’s yours.

🌴 What is Superannuation?

If you’ve ever worked in Australia—on a farm, in meat processing, hospitality, aged care or construction—you may have earned superannuation. It’s money set aside by your employer for your retirement.

But if you’ve left Australia or changed jobs, that money could be sitting in a lost account, earning little or nothing.

🔍 What is Lost Super?

Over $17 billion of super is lost or unclaimed in Australia.
Much of it belongs to temporary workers, like:

  • New Zealand citizens

  • Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme workers

  • Seasonal workers

If your details changed, or you didn’t have a super fund when you worked, your super may have gone into a default account—or ended up with the ATO (Australian Taxation Office).

We help track it down and guide you through what to do next.

🤝 How SuperConnect Helps

✅ Search for lost or unclaimed super
We use your basic details to locate super across funds and the ATO.

✅ Link your accounts
If you have more than one super fund, we help consolidate them.

✅ Access your super (if eligible)
If you’ve permanently left Australia, you may be able to withdraw it.
We guide PALM scheme workers through this process.
